Shipment
How quickly do you deliver?
As a rule, we hand over orders to Germany with products that are immediately available to DHL within 1-3 working days after receipt of payment. This means that the delivery time is usually 2-5 working days. Please note the availability stated on the respective product page.
For orders to Switzerland and other non-EU countries it takes a little longer.
Where do you deliver to?
Actually (almost) everywhere. :) It's best to see in the next slide how high the shipping costs are to the respective country.
Where is my order?
You can find all the necessary information about your shipment status in the shipment number in your shipping confirmation. If nothing changes in your shipment status over a longer period of time, write an email to our support.

We will cover the import sales tax and any customs fees that may arise.

DHL Go Green
With the DHL Go Green program, we send our packages climate-neutrally . Tracking of DHL parcels is possible.
Consignment of goods
For an order that only includes 1-4 lip balms, we also offer Deutsche Post as a shipping option for €1.95 (Germany) or €3.25 (Austria). The lip balms are sent in a small mailing bag; shipment tracking is not possible here.

As long as the products are unopened and unused, you can

Opened or used care products cannot be returned for reasons of health protection and hygiene. Here you will find all information about the right of withdrawal.
Pick up at the office
Click & Collect orders
You are welcome to place a Click & Collect order here in the online shop and pick it up from our office in Mainz.
The address is Barbarossaring 27, 55118 Mainz .
Simply put your desired products in the shopping cart and select the free “Pickup” option instead of shipping during the ordering process. Complete your order as usual.
There are no shipping costs for Click & Collect. Collection is of course free of charge. Click & Collect orders will be prepared after receipt of payment. Please keep this in mind if you choose the “advance payment” payment method. Preparing orders for pickup usually takes one business day.
Click & Collect orders can be picked up from us on weekdays between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. If you are in a particular hurry or would like to make an appointment outside of these times, please feel free to call us: 06131 3079173. We look forward to hearing from you!
Can I shop with you locally?
Yes, our office sale usually takes place here in Mainz once a month . You can find all further information and dates on this page. On these days we take time for you, are happy to advise you if you have any questions and give you a 15% discount on your purchase on site. Cash and card payments are possible on site on these dates.
Since we are an office and not a retail store, we can only offer the office sale on certain days. However, you are welcome to place a Click & Collect order in the online shop at any time and then come and collect it from us. :)
