As a doctor, boep founder, and mother of three, Michaela is an expert on all questions concerning skin care for babies, children, and adults with very sensitive skin. She develops boep products herself and continuously optimizes them.

Our founder Michaela developed our med series with ingredient expert & bioanalyst Ann-Kathrin Ortmann, who is known on Instagram as Anni from @annisbuntewelt . Together they stand for clean, natural care products that are particularly suitable for sensitive skin (e.g. in the context of neurodermatitis).
