When we launched our shampoo bar, many in the boep community had never used solid shampoo before and were skeptical whether it would really be so easy to use and suitable for the whole family. That's why around 150 product testers extensively tested the boep shampoo bar – and these are the results:
"The shampoo lathers wonderfully. The hair feels clean after washing and can be combed through without any problems." (Tanja)

Many of our product testers are enthusiastic about how well the shampoo bar lathers, making it effortlessly easy to distribute in the hair. Some had already tested hair soaps – however, hair soaps differ from solid shampoos. Hair soaps cleanse with saponified oils, which generally lather less than the surfactants in solid and liquid shampoos. You can read more about it here.
Most of the testers tried the shampoo directly with the whole family and were pleased that it is suitable for even the youngest, but also brings joy to the older ones. Many praised its easy handling and that many kids could use the shampoo bar themselves.
"Our eldest (3 years old) can already shampoo her own hair with it, which makes her incredibly proud." (Simone)
"My 9-year-old son is also thrilled. He says he only wants to wash his hair with it from now on. :)" (Nicole)
During our product test, the fragrance-free formulation was often highly praised – especially for use with children.
