The small version of our med sun balm with SPF 50 is perfect for testing or on the go and fits into any jacket pocket. The sun balm was specially developed for dry and very sensitive skin.

What distinguishes it: 

  • mild, hypoallergenic formulation with almond oil, cocoa butter, vegetable triglycerides, and a purely mineral zinc oxide filter
  • reliably protects against UV radiation all year round and also acts as a kind of cold protection for the skin in winter
  • water-free, therefore also preservative-free, vegan, and dermatologically tested with "very good skin compatibility"

boep Mineral Sun Balm SPF 50 Mini

The sun balm from our med series was developed by our founder and doctor, Dr. med Michaela Hagemann, together with bioanalyst and specialist influencer Anni from annisbuntewelt, specifically for people with very sensitive skin and skin conditions such as neurodermatitis.

Our sun balm reliably protects against UVA and UVB radiation with a purely mineral zinc oxide filter without any waiting time – even in winter.

High-quality ingredients such as almond oil, cocoa butter, and vegetable triglycerides provide long-lasting moisture and additionally protect the skin from cold. The med sun balm is, for example, ideal for hiking in the mountains, where solar radiation can be particularly intense.

Since the balm is water-free, it does not require preservatives – a rare feature in sun protection products.

It has been dermatologically tested and is vegan. This makes it ideal for the sensitive skin of babies, children, and people with dry skin or skin prone to neurodermatitis. Pregnant and breastfeeding women can also use the boep sun balm without hesitation.



Did you know? All boep sunscreens do not use synthetic UV filters (such as octocrylene, oxybenzone, and octinoxate), which are suspected of bleaching corals and are therefore prohibited there according to the Hawaii Reef Law.

The med sun balm is suitable for all skin types, especially for sensitive, dry or irritated skin. Particularly recommended for:

• Neurodermatitis

• Rosacea

• Very dry or sensitive skin

Apply generously to the face and other sun-exposed areas. Too little will reduce the protection. You should also reapply cream regularly to ensure that the sun protection remains. Babies and small children should be particularly protected from direct sunlight. They should also wear protective clothing and use sunscreen with a high sun protection factor (>25).

Note: Even high sun protection factors do not offer complete protection against UV rays. Excessive sun exposure is dangerous to your health. Therefore, even if you use sunscreen, you should not stay in the sun for too long and avoid intense midday sun. The winter sun is also very powerful.
