Our thyme balm is the ideal companion for the cold season! As a soothing aromatherapy treatment, the balm contains a special combination of thyme, sage, eucalyptus and vitamin E, as well as high-quality, nourishing oils such as almond oil, shea butter and cocoa butter. This composition stimulates blood circulation and promotes deep breathing during colds.

The natural essential oils and medicinal plants in this balm provide pleasant warmth in the cold season and can soothe both the respiratory tract and coughs. At the same time, they care for the skin and promote blood circulation. Thyme is known for its expectorant effect and makes coughing easier. Sage and eucalyptus have an anti-inflammatory effect and can be soothing for a sore throat.

The balm is ideal for children aged 3 and over and can be applied to the chest, back or feet. It is quickly absorbed without sticking and leaves a pleasant, warming feeling on the skin. The balm can also be used as an oil compress or wrap. The pleasant scent of thyme, sage and eucalyptus can help you or your child to relieve cold symptoms - and thus ensure (hopefully) more relaxed nights. Also suitable for inhalation.

As an aroma care product with essential oils, this balm can cause allergic reactions in some people. Please follow the tips for use!

The balm can be applied regularly to the chest, back, or soles of the feet until symptoms improve. It is particularly suitable for soothing aromatherapy before sleep.

For children under 3 years old, the balm should be applied extremely sparingly, as allergic reactions to essential oils can occur. Please apply carefully in small amounts and test skin compatibility on a small area of skin first.

Our Thyme Balm is recommended by midwives for aromatherapy. Pregnant women can apply the balm twice daily to the chest or back. It can also be used during breastfeeding, but you should not apply it immediately before breastfeeding and only in small quantities so that the essential oils do not irritate the baby.

The Thyme Balm is also suitable for inhalation: Stir one teaspoon of Thyme Balm into a bowl of boiling water until the balm has dissolved. Once the water is no longer too hot, we recommend inhaling the pleasant steam for about 10 minutes. Get well soon!
