Our Good Night Spray was developed by our founder and physician Dr. Michaela Hagemann as a soothing aromatherapy product for restful sleep.

The calming, vegan formula with 100% pure essential oils of lavender and pine naturally promotes relaxation and sleep quality. While lavender has a balancing and calming effect on the nervous system, relieves tension and facilitates falling asleep, the pleasant, woody scent of pine, with its relaxing effect, ensures deep, peaceful sleep and inner calm. The spray lends a natural freshness to any room, neutralises unpleasant odours and creates a soothing, secure atmosphere – for a relaxed bedtime and deep, peaceful sleep. All ingredients are vegan.

Thanks to its handy spray format, the Good Night Spray is easy to apply precisely. Whether as a sleep spray, pillow spray or room freshener – it is suitable for living spaces, textiles, wardrobes or other areas. Also ideal for on the go or as a refreshing companion in the car.

Our tip: Use the spray when travelling as a familiar bedtime ritual for your children. The familiar scent helps them to relax more easily in unfamiliar surroundings.

Shake the goodnight spray with lavender and pine well before use and spray directly onto the pillow or into the room.

When used as a room spray or sleep spray, we recommend spraying 3-4 pumps directly into the room. As a pillow spray, simply spray 2-3 pumps onto the pillow before going to bed. Not suitable for use on the skin.

By the way, the glass bottle can be easily reused. To remove the label, soak the bottle briefly in hot water - this will effortlessly remove the label and the bottle can be reused in many ways.

Flammable liquid and vapor. May cause allergic skin reactions. Causes severe eye irritation. May cause drowsiness or dizziness. Do not get in eyes, on skin, or on clothing.

If on skin, hair or clothing: Wash with plenty of water and immediately remove all contaminated clothing. Wash skin with water [or shower].

If in eyes: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If you feel unwell, contact a poison center or doctor.

At what age is aromatherapy suitable for children?

Undiluted essential oils are not suitable for infants and toddlers under 3 years of age!

Diluted essential oils, such as our Good Night Spray, can be used in small quantities. We recommend spraying the Good Night Spray into the room and not near your child. It is best to spray it into the room or near your child's pillow 5 minutes before they go to sleep. Click here for our blog post on aromatherapy for children for further information.
May I use the Good Night Spray daily?

When used correctly, there is no reason not to use the Good Night Spray daily.
Can the Good Night Spray also be used as a pillow spray?

Yes, the Good Night Spray is excellent as a pillow spray. We recommend 1–2 sprays per application. Please maintain a distance from the pillow so that the spray does not hit one spot in a concentrated manner.

Can the Good Night Spray also be used as a room spray?

Yes, the Good Night Spray is excellent as a room spray – for example, as a ritual before bedtime or as a room fragrance throughout the house.
May I apply the Good Night Spray directly to the skin?

The Good Night Spray is a room or pillow spray and not a cosmetic product. Therefore, we explicitly do not recommend direct application to the skin.
